From the Moderator
We greet you in the wonderful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.” --Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 KJV
I believe, as did Solomon, that “…two are better than one…” I believe his reasoning to be sound, “…For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow…” And I believe that we, as a district of churches should be of a like mind and attitude. That no church, no pastor, no auxiliary, no member, should ever feel as though he or she is without fellowship as long as any other among us is able.
I further agree with Solomon, as described in verse 11, “Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?”, that each of us, each church, each pastor, each of us should complement one another, that where one is weak another might be strong and when we lend our strengths to each other we are all made strong.
It is my prayer that over these next three years that I can work with you and you with me, to accomplish the single goal of uplifting the kingdom of Jesus the Christ.

covid-19 messagE Sept. 2020
We greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and we pray all is well with you and your family.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grow and remains a concern for our government, health officials, and our people, we want to be sure we do our part to help limit the possible spread of the virus.
Therefore, until further notice, we will continue to host all District meetings via video and telephone conference options.
We urge you to continue in your support of your local church and the various auxiliaries with which you have an affiliation, as the ministries of these entities continue.
Praying for God's continued blessing on you all, as you continue to stand strong in the faith, and be safe.

"But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:36-38).
